A Multi-Layer Blown Film Plant is a plastic film manufacturing machine that produces films with two or more layers by combining different plastic materials or formulations into a single film.
How it works
- Different extruders melt different plastic materials.
- The melted materials are combined through a multi-layer die.
- The material comes out as a plastic tube (bubble).
- The bubble is cooled, flattened, and wound into rolls.
- The finished film can have 2, 3, 5, 7 or more layers, depending on the machine design.

यह कैसे काम करता है?
अलग-अलग Extruder में प्लास्टिक सामग्री को गर्म करके पिघलाया जाता है। पिघली हुई सामग्री को Multi-Layer Die के माध्यम से एक साथ जोड़ा जाता है। इससे एक प्लास्टिक की ट्यूब या बबल बनती है। बबल को ठंडा करके चपटा किया जाता है। अंत में तैयार फिल्म को रोल के रूप में वाइंड किया जाता है।
